Not everyone wants the same kind of wedding film, and that’s absolutely fine by me. I’ve worked with couples who want something beautifully cinematic, others who love the nostalgic character of vintage cameras, and even a BBC producer who simply wanted the perfect home movie. Nothing overly polished or elaborate, just a beautifully captured, honest record of the day, with all the people, conversations and little moments that made it special. And that’s what I love about bespoke filmmaking. There isn’t one right way to tell a wedding story.
From short, creatively crafted films and music-led documentary edits to immersive Feature Films, vintage formats and full multi-camera coverage, there are plenty of ways to approach it. The trick is finding the one that suits you, rather than squeezing your wedding into a predetermined style or package.
I’ll listen to what matters to you, get a feel for the celebration you’re planning and bring my experience, ideas and creative judgement to the process. You don’t need to arrive with a detailed brief or know anything about filmmaking. That’s my department.
